Scorpion Vision Partner - Australia & New Zealand
Alnico Systems have partnered with Scorpion Vision to deliver integrated 3D vision and robotics systems in Australia and New Zealand.
Scorpion Vision provide a suite of matched hardware and software products including industrial PC’s, Scorpion 2D and 3D Stinger cameras, LED lighting, intelligent control PCB’s all controlled by the renowned Scorpion Vision Software®.
Scorpion Vision Software®
Scorpion Vision Software® is a powerful, flexible and extremely expeditious system software tool for industrial vision. The most advanced 2D and 3D solutions are made without any kind of programming.
Scorpion Vision Software® contains a world class calibration tool that enables very high accuracy, non-contact measurement systems that can measure sub-pixel and down to micron level.
Scorpion 3D Stinger™ Camera
Scorpion 3D Stinger™ is a family of machine vision components and software products. They provide simple, state of the art and cost-effective building blocks for creating complex automation solutions.
Scorpion 3D Stinger™ for Robot Vision is designed to solve manufacturers’ classic challenge: Picking parts from a conveyor belt, a pallet or a crate. Scorpion 3D Stinger™ captures images, identifies and locates the product and sends the id and 3D location to a picking robot.
Scorpion 3D Stinger™ is a world class 3D machine vision technology.
Scorpion 3D Venom Camera
The global shutter Scorpion 3D Venom Camera is designed to be used in cutting-edge 3D Stereo Vision systems. It excels in short to medium size baselines using a single colour or monochrome camera with resolution from VGA to 12 MP.
Two virtual 3D cameras are created by a clever mirror design that focuses on a user specified working distance. The compact industrial camera can create 3D images in a very limited space with working distances from 75 mm.
Main target applications are ID tracking, object tracking, height measurement, object counting and more.
Scorpion Box Camera
The Scorpion Box Camera is designed to be used industrial applications. The Box camera is the ideal choice when you need to look at a specific detail in an advanced inspection or assembly verification task. The camera is used for crack detection, OCR, id-tracking, colour verification and 2D scanning.
It is connected to a PC with a GigE connection, POE (Power over Ethernet) or an USB3 cable. Every camera is factory calibrated to a task with specific resolution at the selected working distance.
